Star Mountain Sound Event Rates
3 Hour Base Rate (minimum) - $1650
Additional Hours - $425
Six-hour package - $2700*
Travel to Crested Butte Mountain Resort venues, Taylor Park, Irwin, and Gunnison - $50**
Rates include any and all music and services for any setting in your event. Typically, you need music and a host for cocktail hour, dinner, and during a great dance party following the first dance. Sometimes you need processional or recessional music and/or amplified sound (aka a microphone and speaker).
Let's talk about what you need first.
There is no charge for meetings, special music requests, set up, or take down. I prefer to build relationships with my clients on the phone and in person rather than through a fancy website.
Lights - Simple package (___) - $500
Lights - Bumpin' package (___) - $900
Acoustic Musician for ceremony - $425***
5% cash discount - must be paid by the conclusion of the event or discount is void.
$400 deposit required to secure date and services (information in contract)
* $225 savings compared to adding hours as the event progresses. Package must be booked in advance, acoustic musician not included.
** Rate increases to $100 if 30-50 miles beyond Gunnison. $150 if 51-80 miles beyond Gunnison. TBD if further.
*** Based on availability. Violin or guitar musicians may be available. Please tip the acoustic musicians. Standard tip is $50-100
